Fiber for Spinning
Here at the ranch we raise our Angora goats for their beautiful Mohair fiber. Some of the fleeces will then be dyed in a variety of gorgeous colors, while others will be blended into roving. We also have natural mohair locks available.
You can also find hand painted roving in a variety of fibers. From Merino to Bamboo, take a look at the lovely roving just waiting for you to take home and spin. Most of the roving I hand paint myself. Some I kettle dye. The painting is tedious but fun and the colors just pop! Our natural roving is available in mohair, mohair blends, and our miniature harlequin sheep wool! We’re sure you’ll find something here you’ll want to take home and spin!
For those folks who love to knit I also offer a variety of hand painted yarn, mostly fingering or sock weight. Some even has glitter!
